Being pregnant is a very special and most often very enjoyable
and memorable period in the life of a woman. No woman forgets
the time she was pregnant and her experience of childbirth.
However, this can also be a time of uncertainty, questions and
confusion. There are many choices to be made; what are all those
tests they want me to do during pregnancy, do I really want them,
and do I really need them? What childbirth choices do I have?
How can I prepare myself for a natural childbirth?
I always encourage expectant
mothers to get as much information as possible. I firmly believe
that when you are well informed about all aspects of pregnancy
and childbirth you will feel more confident, and you will be
able to make informed choices on these matters.

to the expectant mother, including advice on most problems commonly
